for Commission Work

1. GENERAL

Things I can do:

Extra characters, armor, furry, animals, mecha, lewds, nudes, yuri, futa, and some other NSFW stuff. Some of these may inquire an extra fee.

Things I will NOT do:

Guro, scat, and other fucked up shit.

I do NOT replicate other people's styles.

Prices will vary depending on the complexity of the piece but I generally don't haggle. Please don't try it.

Process and Delivery

I take 50% of the payment upfront and the rest at the end after you receive proof of completion.

I will send 2-3 quick sketch thumbnail ideas, we pick the best direction and from there, I work on it.

When you receive proof of completion, you send the 2nd half, then I will email you a high resolution folder containing the JPEG image and any other asset created for the image.

Payments are handled via PayPal.

Revisions

I will be asking you for direction in the sketch/thumbnailing process, so make sure you have all of your ideas ready in this step. You're allowed a maximum of 2 minor revisions after I start the final rendering process. If any major concerns arise, I will consider a major change, mostly if it was a huge misunderstanding on my end.

2. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

I reserve the full rights to any image or asset I create, its distribution and use and, can post the artwork in my website or any of my social media and/or printed platforms. This means that I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:

• Promote myself with it everywhere

• Publish books with the art in it (artbooks, posters, etc.)

• Display and post it anywhere to my liking.

You, the customer are allowed to:

• Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc).

• Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as your own, but not the artwork itself.

• Use the artwork to promote yourself with crediting me.

• Use the artwork on your YouTube channel and in monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings.

The following is considered copyright infringement:

• Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially means making money off it in any way.

• Claiming the artwork as your own.

• Removing my signature from the artwork.

• Altering the artwork without my consent.

I reserve the full rights to the image and it's use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon.

Non-disclosure agreements and commercial licenses are up for discussion. They will inquire an extra fee of no less than 50% of the price.

I may livestream the process on Twitch (SFW commissions only).

3. REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

• The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.

• The first half of the payment is refundable UP UNTIL the day I begin working on the initial sketches, then it's final (meaning non-refundable).

• If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.

• If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.

• If you are getting a refund, do not request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.

• If you request a PayPal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply PayPal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.
